What we’ll make (and taste):

    A vibrant, composed classic from the Côte d’Azur—crisp haricots verts, tender new potatoes, briny olives, vine-ripe tomatoes, and perfectly cooked tuna (or a smoked alternative), all dressed in a bright, sherry-and-Dijon vinaigrette. Learn plating like a Parisian and how to balance texture and acidity so each forkful sings.

  • Poulet Provençale 🍗
    Rustic and aromatic, this is Provence in a skillet: golden, herb-rubbed chicken seared crisp, then braised with tomatoes, olives, garlic, and fragrant herbes de Provence. We’ll teach pan technique for juicy meat and how to build sauce depth with simple pantry staples.

  • Parisian Nectarine & Cherry Clafoutis 🥧
